From Sound to Silence:
A Journey From Seeking To Seeing
I was born in Nairobi, raised between cultures, and found my first home in music. In 1999 I released my debut Punjabi pop album in Mumbai, it was a hit, and for a while, that felt like enough.
But underneath the music, the performances, the recognition, a question kept surfacing. Not loudly. Just persistently. Who is the one experiencing all of this?
In 2015, during morning meditation, something broke open. Not gradually. Not as the result of years of effort. The one who had been asking the question simply wasn't there anymore. What remained was Awareness, silent, present, undeniable.
What followed was eight years of deep immersion in Advaita Vedanta and the Upanishads, not to find what had already been recognised, but to understand it completely. To be able to look a seeker in the eye and say: I know exactly where you are. And I know what's in the way.
That's what I do now. Not pointing to Awareness, most teachings already do that. But intellectually dismantling the illusion of the separate self so completely that what remains is not a new understanding, it's freedom.
If you've had glimpses but can't stabilise. If you know you're not the body or mind but it still doesn't feel like full freedom, that's exactly where my work begins.

My Mission
To work with serious seekers who are done with pointing, and ready to look directly at what's in the way of the freedom they've already glimpsed.
