1. Payment Terms

• Consultations: Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

• Courses: Full payment must be completed prior to accessing course materials or attending sessions.

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and PayPal.

• All fees are listed in [specify currency, e.g., USD, EUR, INR] and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.
   

2. Refund Policy

       Consultations:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows are not eligible for a refund. To avoid this, please provide notice of your desire to cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours prior to the appointment.

  
  Courses:

• Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase and before accessing course materials are eligible for a full refund.

• Once course materials have been accessed or if the request is made after 14 days, refunds will not be issued.

• In cases of unforeseen medical or family emergencies, a credit or refund may be granted at the discretion of the management, provided reasonable evidence is presented.

3. Rescheduling and Substitutions

• Consultations: Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if notice is given more than 24 hours in advance.

• Courses: Participants may request to transfer their enrollment to a future course date or another individual by contacting us at [contact email] at least 7 days before the course start date. Approval is subject to availability and discretion.

4. Course Cancellations by Sukhdev Virdee

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified at least 7 days in advance and offered a full refund or the option to enroll in a future course date.

   

• We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants due to course cancellations.

 

5. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days through the original payment method or via bank transfer if necessary.

• Any administrative fees or charges incurred during the payment process may be deducted from the refund amount.
