1. Payment Terms

Consultations: Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

Courses: Full payment must be completed prior to accessing course materials or attending sessions.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and PayPal.

2. Refund Policy
Consultations:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows are not eligible for a refund. To avoid this, please provide notice of your desire to cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Courses: -
Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase and before accessing course materials are eligible for a full refund.

Once course materials have been accessed or if the request is made after 14 days, refunds will not be issued.

In cases of unforeseen medical or family emergencies, a credit or refund may be granted at the discretion of the management, provided reasonable evidence is presented.
3. Rescheduling and Substitutions

Consultations: Appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if notice is given more than 24 hours in advance.

Courses: Participants may request to transfer their enrollment to a future course date or another individual by contacting us at [contact email] at least 7 days before the course start date. Approval is subject to availability and discretion.
4. Course Cancellations by Sukhdev Virdee

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified at least 7 days in advance and offered a full refund or the option to enroll in a future course date.

We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants due to course cancellations.
5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days through the original payment method or via bank transfer if necessary.

Any administrative fees or charges incurred during the payment process may be deducted from the refund amount.
