How Do I Know If This Is Real?

It’s a question I hear often.

And I understand it deeply.

“How do I know this is Real?”

“How do I know this is not just the mind?”

“How do I trust what I’m seeing, feeling, being?”

In a world of constant change,

in a mind full of voices,

the yearning for certainty is sacred.

But the answer may not be what you think.

Because Truth… does not come with confirmation.

The Mind Seeks Proof. The Heart Already Knows.

The one asking this question—

wants a guarantee.

It wants spiritual awakening

to come with a badge, a sign, a divine seal.

It wants someone to say,

“Yes, what you’re feeling is It.”

But what you’re looking for

is not found in validation.

Truth does not shout.

It does not prove itself.

It reveals itself—

in the deepest silence,

where the mind cannot enter.

The Real Is Not an Experience

Most seekers mistake states for Truth.

A moment of bliss.

A sudden spaciousness.

An insight during meditation.

These come and go.

But the Real

is what remains

before, during, and after every experience.

It is not what you feel.

It is what sees the feeling.

It is not what you think you know.

It is what knows—

without thought.

The Real Doesn’t Need You to Believe in It

Truth is not fragile.

It doesn’t depend on your opinion.

It doesn’t ask for your agreement.

It just is.

Unmoving.

Unchanging.

Unaffected by your doubts.

Even your questioning

is happening in it.

Like waves wondering if the ocean is real.

The Confusion Is Natural

I questioned everything on the path.

Was that real?

Was that just ego?

Am I deluding myself?

But eventually, I saw—

even this questioning was being seen.

Something was already aware

of the mind’s struggle.

That awareness…

was not confused.

That awareness…

was not seeking.

It simply was.

It is.

And it has always been here.

You Will Not Find the Real. You Will Remember It.

This is not a journey of discovery.

It is a journey of unlearning.

You do not arrive at Truth.

You return to what has never left.

Like waking from a dream,

you don’t need to debate whether the dream was real.

You simply wake up.

You’re not here to confirm Reality.

You’re here to be claimed by it.

The Real Has a Texture

It doesn’t shout.

But it has a flavor.

A fragrance.

It feels like peace that doesn’t depend on circumstances.

Like love without a reason.

Like knowing without words.

It has no edge.

No story.

No opposite.

It is the end of seeking—

not because you’ve found something extraordinary…

…but because there is nothing left to search for.

Doubt Arises in the Mind. Truth Is Deeper Than the Mind.

If you’re waiting for doubt to disappear first,

you’ll wait forever.

Doubt is a function of thought.

But what you are

is prior to thought.

You don’t need to stop doubting.

You only need to notice:

Who is aware of this doubt?

That one—

does not doubt.

It simply sees.

Without commentary.

Without effort.

Without identity.

That is what is Real.

And it is always now.

So, How Do You Know?

You know… because you stop needing to know.

There’s a quiet certainty

that doesn’t come from intellect.

It doesn’t seek to convince.

It simply is.

When you taste this,

you don’t need approval.

You don’t need evidence.

You don’t even need to be sure.

You are already home.

And something in you knows it.

Even if the mind hasn’t caught up yet.

Rest in the Not-Knowing

This is the beauty of the path.

You don’t have to arrive with answers.

You only have to be honest.

What if the confusion is part of the unwinding?

What if the uncertainty is holy?

What if the fact that you're even asking this question…

is Grace?

You're not far.

You're not lost.

You're not broken.

You're dissolving.

Let the Question Be Your Teacher

Don’t rush to kill the question.

Let it sit in your chest.

Let it burn through the false.

Let it bring you to your knees—

not in defeat, but in surrender.

In time,

the question will dissolve into what you are.

And there, no answer is needed.
